Crufts 2014 – Whippet Best of Breed

The final moments of judging in the Whippet ring at Crufts 2014 were tense ones. The dogs and bitches were judges separately and the two dogs and judges came together to make a decision on Best of Breed but ended up as a stalemate, so the referee and Hound group judge, Michael Quinney, was called to split the dog and bitch.
Best of Breed for a third time was Ch Shalfleet Simply A Lord who went on to place fourth in the group.
